**Coffee**
Keurig coffee maker with starter coffee pods, cream and sugar. There is also a drip maker if you prefer but we do not provide grounds.

**Extra bedding**
Located in closets with extra blankets. Bedding for Murphy bed in the living room located in cupboards under the coffee counter.

**Trash**
Trash bins are located just outside the garage doors in the alley. Please place all trash in the appropriate can. Recycling MUST be only paper, cardboard or plastic and cannot be in a bag.
**Patio Care**
This amazing rooftop comes with some responsibilities: Please put cushions away if you know it will rain. There are storage bins on the rooftop. ALWAYS leave the TV cover on when not in use. No sitting on handrails of balconies. Please don't throw trash over the sides of the balconies. No signage or decorations displayed on the outside of the home or the fences without express permission from Xenos.
