**Parking**

Keurig Pod Coffee Maker (starter pods provided)
**Extra bedding**
Located in closets with extra blankets. The studio sofa bed is a hybrid air mattress, pump and linens are in storage basket in the room.
**Trash**
Please leave all trash bags in the bin located just outside the carport gate in the alley.
**Weekly Plant visit**
Every Monday Plant Nanny will be at the home to water and maintain all the beautiful plants inside and outside. They will typically be there between 11am-12pm and will take about 20-30 minutes to complete their job. You do not need to be present for this.
**Patio**
Please be respectful of neighbors with noise while enjoying outdoor space.
**Firepit Usage** Turn the yellow valve on the pipeline to be parallel with the pipe. Turn the black timer knob to your desired time (the timer has a maximum of one hour for safety reasons). Please note the timer knob is on upside down so when it looks to be in the "Off" position, it is actually at 40 minutes. We are working to get a replacement that will sit right-side-up!
The gas key can be found in the drawer to the left of the stove. Turn it to the left/counter clockwise to turn on the gas. wave a long handled lighter over the coals to ignite.
Please place covers on patio furniture when not in use, and especially if is going to rain. Otherwise you'll be sitting on wet and/or messy cushions. No one wants that :(
