Parking

🚗 Driveway parking is available. Please do NOT pull forward onto grass. There are sprinkler heads that could be damaged.
🚦 Street parking is also free.
🚫 Garage access is not available to guests.

Please do NOT park in the back driveway or in the alley.

Drip Coffee Maker

Starter Coffee provided along with creamer and sweetener for your convenience.
Xenos provides a starter set of essentials such as paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry soap, and dishwasher pods. Travel-size soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided in the bathrooms. All bed linens and towels are provided, with 2 towels per guest.

Please do a walk-through of the home and note any damage. Document any concerns and ensure that all guests know not to remove makeup or spray-on tanner with our towels, hand towels, or washcloths. Makeup towels are provided for your use. Damaged towels will be replaced at $10 each.

Living Room

📺The Living Room TV will be set to "Art" mode upon arrival. Simply hit the HOME button (picture of a house) and it should take you directly to
streaming and TV. If you are not hearing the sound through the speakers, please simply turn off the base unit (in the cabinet to the right of the
fireplace) and then turn back on. This should reset it.


The Bonus room TV: Use the slender remote (#1) to turn the TV on. Then, use the shorter remote (#2) to turn on the sound bar. Once the sound is
on, you can control it with remote #1


You may use YouTube TV which is logged in, but please be sure to log
out of any other streaming services before you leave.


Fireplace

🔥 The pilot should be lit during cold seasons. You can turn it on by pushing in and turning the knob on the far right ¼ turn to the left.
When you are done, please turn the knob back ¼ turn ensuring that the pilot light stays lit.


Patio: Gas control is to the left of the fireplace. Please turn the gas on VERY low, you will hear the gas, then you can light. We typically have
some firewood for you either next to the fireplace or through the back gate (toward the alley) there is a firewood stand. If not, you can pick some up at a grocery or Home Depot.


Other Household Notes

🚪 There are several locked storage closets and doors around the house. Please do not attempt to gain entry.
The 2 small beverage refrigerators in the kitchen are not for guest use.

We do have weekly maintenance scheduled on the yard and pool on Mondays. They should never need to access the inside of the home. 


Trash

🚮 Trash bins are located just outside the back gate in the alley.
Please place trash in the appropriate cans:


Swimming Pool

🏊‍♀️ Please use caution and be respectful when enjoying the pool.


Grill & Griddle Care

🍽️ Please clean the grill and griddle after each use.

Please do not use the bristle side of the scraper (located in the cupboard under the grill).

📅 You’ll receive a reminder the night before checkout.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM (Let us know if leaving early.)

Before You Leave, Please:

🧹 Remove all personal food from fridge/freezer/pantry (leave donatable items).
🔌 Turn off all lights & appliances.
🪑 Return moved furniture to original spots.
🗑️ Take out the trash.  
🍽️ Run the dishwasher.
🛁 Pile used towels on the bathroom floor.
🔒 Close & lock all windows/doors.
