🚪 Please do not lock the handles on any of the doors, as you could get locked out.
Use the keypads for locking doors instead.

Parking

🚗 Street parking is free, but please abide by any posted signage.
There is also room for two vehicles in the covered carport/garage out back.
To access upon arrival, use the keypad outside the garage in the alley.

There is a garage door opener in the white bowl on the kitchen island. PLEASE be sure to place it back there at checkout. There will be a $25 replacement fee if lost.

Coffee Maker

☕ Keurig provided, along with starter coffee pods, cream, and sweetener for your convenience.

Weekly Plant Maintenance

🌿 Plant Nanny will be at the home every Tuesday to water and maintain the beautiful plants inside and outside.

• They typically arrive between 10-11am and spend about 20-30 minutes completing their tasks, mostly on the rooftop deck, so it should not disturb you.

• You do not need to be present for this.

Living Room Fireplace

🔥 The pilot light should be lit during cold seasons.

• To turn on and adjust the flames, press the black knob about halfway and turn it counterclockwise.

Extra Bedding

🛏️ Extra blankets are located in the closets and dressers.
Linens for the hybrid sofa bed in the living room are in the 1st floor bedroom closet, along with the air pump.

• Please note that the pullout couch on the 3rd floor is no longer functional and should not be used.

Trash

🚮 Trash bins are located just outside the garage doors in the alley.
Please place trash in the appropriate cans:

• Brown for trash

• Green for recycling (must be paper, cardboard, or plastic—do not use bags).

Patio & Fire Pit

This amazing home comes with an amazing rooftop patio. With that comes a bit of responsibility.

The furniture should all be covered upon arrival. Please place the covers in the storage bin when you take them off. Please put the covers on when the furniture is not in use - unless you want to risk sitting on wet cushions. We never know when it might rain here in the south! 

🔥 To use the fire pit:

• Open the gas valve on the side of the house (to the left of the doors).

• The key should be in the firepit. Simply turn and light it using the long lighter in the cabinet under the sink.

• Please shut off the gas when not in use.

🌳 Noise: Please be respectful of neighbors when using the outdoor space.

• This is a mostly residential neighborhood, and noise complaints will result in a $250 fine.

🚫 Additional rules:

• No sitting on the handrails of balconies.

• Please do not throw trash over the sides of the balconies.

• No signage or decorations displayed on the outside of the home or fences without express permission from Xenos.

Check-Out Instructions

📅 You’ll receive a reminder the night before checkout.
⏳ Check-out time: 10:00 AM (Let us know if leaving early.)

✅ Before You Leave, Please:

🧹 Remove all personal food from fridge/freezer/pantry (leave donatable items).
🔌 Turn off all lights & appliances.
🪑 Return moved furniture to original spots.
🗑️ Take out the trash.  
🍽️ Run the dishwasher.
🛁 Pile used towels on the bathroom floor.
🔒 Close & lock all windows/doors.
