Starter pods are provided, along with creamer and sweetener for your convenience.

  • Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry soap, and dishwasher pods

  • Travel-size soap, shampoo, and conditioner

  • Fresh bed linens and 2 towels per guest

💄 Makeup & Spray Tanner: Please do not use the provided towels for makeup removal. Make Up are available. Damaged towels will be charged $10 each.

🗑️ Trash bins are located in the alley out the back gate.


Parking

🚗 Driveway parking is available around back.
🚦 Street parking is also free.

Patio & Fire Pit

🔥 Fire Pit - 

Turn the yellow valve on the pipeline to be parallel with the pipe. Turn the black timer knob to your desired time (the timer has a maximum of one hour for safety reasons). Please note the timer knob is on upside down so when it looks to be in the "Off" position, it is actually at 40 minutes. We are working to get a replacement that will sit right-side-up!
The gas key can be found in the drawer to the left of the stove.  Turn it to the left/counter clockwise to turn on the gas. wave a long handled lighter over the coals to ignite. 
🛑 Turn gas off when not in use!

House Rules & Important Notes

🚫 NO TAPE – Do not use tape to hang decorations. Damage fees will be deducted from the security deposit.

📌 Other Notes:

  • Be mindful of noise—this is a residential neighborhood.

  • No unauthorized guests or parties.

Check-Out Instructions

📅 You’ll receive a reminder the night before checkout.
⏳ Check-out time: 10:00 AM (Let us know if leaving early.)

✅ Before You Leave, Please:

🧹 Remove all personal food from fridge/freezer/pantry (leave donatable items).
🔌 Turn off all lights & appliances.
🪑 Return moved furniture to original spots.
🗑️ Take out the trash. 

🍽️ Run the dishwasher.
🛁 Pile used towels on the bathroom floor.
🔒 Close & lock all windows/doors.

⚠️ Failure to complete checkout may result in extra fees.
