☕ Keurig & Drip Coffee Makers
Starter pods and ground coffee are provided, along with creamer and sweetener for your convenience.

✔️ What’s Included:

  • Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry soap, and dishwasher pods

  • Travel-size soap, shampoo, and conditioner

  • Fresh bed linens and 2 towels per guest

💄 Makeup & Spray Tanner: Please do not use the provided towels for makeup removal. Makeup wipes are available. Damaged towels will be charged $10 each.

🛏️ Extra Bedding
Linen for trundle beds is located in bedroom closets.

♻️ Trash & Recycling
🗑️ Trash bins are located in the driveway next to the home.

  • Brown bin = Trash

  • Green bin = Recycling (Paper, Cardboard, Cans – NO GLASS!)
    🚮 Please place brown bins at the curb on Sundays for Monday pickup.

Parking

🚗 Driveway parking is available.
🚦 Street parking is also free.
🚫 Garage access is not available to guests.

Fireplace

🔥 Pilot is lit during cold seasons. To turn it on:

  1. Toggle the switch to "On."

  2. Adjust the flame height/heat level with the knob on the right.

Hot Tub & Patio

🛑 NO GLASS on the deck or in the hot tub area – $500 fine for broken glass, as it requires draining, cleaning, and refilling.
✔️ Cover must be on when not in use.
🚫 No sitting on the ledge of the hot tub or surrounding walls.

🔥 Fire Pit:

  • Key is located in the drawer just inside the door to the deck, along with a long lighter.

  • Turn the fire pit off when unattended.

Sonos Sound System

🎵 Connect via the Sonos app on your phone while on the Xenos Wi-Fi network.

House Rules & Important Notes

🚫 NO TAPE – Do not use tape to hang decorations. Damage fees will be deducted from the security deposit.

📌 Other Notes:

  • Be mindful of noise—this is a residential neighborhood.

  • No sitting on balcony railings.

  • No unauthorized guests or parties.

Check-Out Instructions

📅 You’ll receive a reminder the night before checkout.
⏳ Check-out time: 10:00 AM (Let us know if leaving early.)

✅ Before You Leave, Please:

🧹 Remove all personal food from fridge/freezer/pantry (leave donatable items).
🔌 Turn off all lights & appliances.
🪑 Return moved furniture to original spots.
🗑️ Take out the trash. 

🍽️ Run the dishwasher.
🛁 Pile used towels on the bathroom floor.
🔒 Close & lock all windows/doors.
