Keurig Coffee Maker

☕ Starter Pods provided along with creamer and sweetener for your convenience.
Xenos provides a starter set of essentials, including paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry soap, and dishwasher pods. Travel-size soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided in the bathrooms. All bed linens and towels are provided, with 2 towels per guest.

Please do a walk-through of the home and note any damage. Document any concerns and ensure that all guests know not to remove makeup or spray-on tanner with our towels, hand towels, or washcloths. Makeup towels have been provided for your convenience. Damaged towels will be replaced at a charge of $10 each.

Thermostats

🌡️ There is a Nest thermostat located near the back bedroom. Here's a quick guide on how to adjust it:

Sonos Sound System

🎶 The condo is equipped with Sonos Soundbars that can be accessed via the wall-mounted iPads around the space.

Parking

🚗 Parking is not provided with the condo booking. However, there are several paid lots and garages on the block. We recommend The Whitefront Garage, which is practically next door!

Trash

🚮 Trash bins are located down Banker's Alley, across 3rd Avenue in the parking lot. These bins are far away due to ongoing road work in front of the property.

Emergency Exit

🚪 DO NOT exit or prop the back emergency door. The alley tends to attract questionable individuals, and opening the door could present a security risk.

TV

📺 Each TV is a Smart TV. Feel free to log in to your personal streaming accounts, but remember to log out when you leave.
❌ Do not change settings or purchase movies—a $25 service fee will apply.

Karaoke Machine

🎤 You're in Music City, so of course, you need to get your music fix! We’ve provided a guitar (please be kind to it!) and a karaoke machine! Here's a quick tutorial on how to use it:

Additional Rules

Please only use makeup towels or remover wipes to remove makeup. Charges will apply for stained or ruined linen.
No smoking or vaping inside! A $500 fine will be charged for a false fire alarm.
$500 fine for any parties or additional guests on the property with immediate eviction (per rental agreement).
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
